There are two ways you can try out the Online Interview. The first way requires no registration, but assigns random scores to each pilot interview instead of scoring according to your preferences. For this version, click here:

The other way is by registering as an employer with ChiefPilot.com. This enables you to customize the scoring of our interview questions and then try out your answer preferences on our proprietary database of pilots, sans identification, to get a 'feel' for how you will be able to manipulate interview returns from your own job postings.
