Single Web Site License Agreement
This licensing agreement applies to all software purchased from OnlineTesting.net. By purchasing software from
OnlineTesting.net, you agree to the following:
- SINGLE COPY.
When purchasing software from OnlineTesting.net, you are purchasing a license
to use a single copy of the software, which may be used on only one web site at a time.
You may not re-sell, loan, or make copies of the software (other than for backup purposes)
without explicit permission from
OnlineTesting.net. If the software allows you to create multiple tests using one copy of
the software, this still does not give authorization for separate copies of the software
to be used.
- NO WARRANTY.
The software is provided "as-is" and OnlineTesting.net makes no guarantee of its suitability or
of the absence of bugs or errors. OnlineTesting.net will provide technical support at its
sole discretion.
- MODIFICATIONS.
Modifications you make to the software, other than in accordance with instructions from
OnlineTesting.net, may result in OnlineTesting.net refusing to provide technical support.
Copyright of a modified version remains with OnlineTesting.net.
- COPYRIGHT.
All intellectual property rights to the software remain with OnlineTesting.net.
Site Licensing
Those wishing to use multiple copies of the software should
contact us for a quote. Typical pricing
follows the schedule below:
2-5 copies: 20% off regular price
5-10 copies: 30% off regular price
10-20
copies: 50% off regular price
20+ copies: 60% off regular price
If OnlineTesting.net is notified before the first purchase, the copies need not
be purchased all at once for the special pricing to apply.
